Dutch networking breakfast at Global Offshore Wind 2022 on 22 June.
On 21 and 22 June the UK’s leading Offshore Wind trade fair and conference will take place in Manchester. This annual event that takes place alternatively in London and Manchester, organised by trade body RenewableUK, will host even more Dutch participants for this edition. The Dutch trade association IRO will have a Wind & Water Works Dutch Pavilion with 11 companies (including Royal IHC, C-Ventus, Port of Den Helder, Cape holland, DHSS, SeaZip, Peterson, Bluestream, VDL Klima, TrustLube, VPI, V&SH Offshore and Vryhof). Many more Dutch companies will be present with their own pavillions like Royal HaskoningDHV, Fugro, Boskalis, SIF The Netherlands, Van Oord to name but a few. In addition, the Netherlands British Chamber of Commerce will organise a trade mission to visit the fair. Their participants are Deltares, Groningen Seaports/Eemshaven, Peco Douwes and OCRE Offshore Services BV.
As the ambitions for offshore wind of both countries are only growing for the North Sea creating even more opportunities for companies, the Dutch Embassy Team has decided to host a breakfast networking event to provide UK-NL networking opportunity ahead of the fair and conference on 22 June. The reception will be opened by talks by Malou Wagner, Commercial Manager Heavy Lifting from Boskalis and In Kamps, VP Commercial Development at BP.
